摘要
目的：建立土霉素片溶出度的测定方法，确定溶出时间及限度。方法按中国药典2010年版二部附录 XC第二法，采用0．1mol/L盐酸为溶出介质，转速为每分钟100转，依法操作，45分钟时，照紫外-可见分光光度法测定。结果土霉素的加样回收率为96．9％，RSD为0．12％（n＝6）。结论方法操作简便、快速，结果准确稳定，重现性好。

Objective A method for the determination of oxytetracycline stripping,Determining the stripping time and limitation.Methods According to Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition two appendix XC second method,Using 0.1mol/L hydrochloric acid solution,100 revolutions per minute,In accordance with the law,45 mi-nutes,According to UV Vis Spectrophotometry.Results the average recovery of oxytetracycline was 96.9%,RSD was 0.12%(n=6).Conclusion the method is simple, rapid,accurate and stable,reproducible.
