Objective To explore the Leep knife treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and the clinical application value .Methods 74 cases of cervical intra-epithelial neoplasia sample of patients with cervical Leep knife ring cutting or taper cutting treatment and follow -up.Results the average operation time 10 -20 min, bleeding 5-10 ml.74 cases of patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia sample change after Leep knife treatment ,continuous observation for 3 months,one-time successful cured 72 cases(97.2%),2 cases were markedly improved(2.8%),the total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion Leep knife treatment of cervical intraepi-thelial neoplasia and curative effect is distinct,shorter operation time,simple operation,and can provide complete pathological specimens,reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of cervical cancer.
