The Study of Clinical Application on Termination of Pregnancy with Central Placenta Previa with UAE
Objective To investigate the feasibility and efficacy of the uterine artery embolization in the second -and third-trimester termination of pregnancy with central placenta previa.Methods Data of 9 pateints with placenta previa who chose uterine artery embolization odinopoeia were analyzed .Results Among the 9 cases that were treated with curettage after uterine artery embolization,8 cases were vaginal delivery successfully.Conclusion UAE in patients with central placenta previa,who un-derwent planned artificial laboring,can successfully avoid severe bleeding.It makes vaginal delivery available in the patients with central placenta previa ,avoiding cesare-an section.
