Objective to explore the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and breaking into ventricle.Methods from 2008.02 to 2012.03 by small bone window craniotomy plus two lateral ventricle drainage treatment of 32 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and breaking into ventricle cases of clinical data were ret-rospectively analyzed.Results the operation can make the brain and the brain hematoma clear quickly,ventricle drainage time is short,intracranial infection rate is low, the incidence of chronic hydrocephalus is not high .Conclusion small bone window craniotomy to clear the brain hematoma ,bilateral intraventricular external drainage and intraventricular early enough is injection of urokinase in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and breaking into ventricle Jane inexpensive and efficient method.
