Clinical analysis of 46 cases of Laparoscopic huge myomectomy
Objective To explore the feasibility of laparoscopic uterine myomectomy,great safety and operation skills.Method 46 patients with giant uterus myoma underwent laparoscopic myomectomy(The maximum tumor diameter ≥ 8 cm,uterine volume >12 weeks of gestation),observe the operation complications,operation time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative recovery.Results All 46 patients completed the operation under laparoscopy,had no postoperative complications,the av-erage operation time was 78min,the average amount of bleeding was 86ml,the average hospital stay was 3.5 days.Conclusion Laparoscopic huge myomectomy is safe and feasible,but requires patients with laparoscopic operation experience and skill abundant endoscopic suturing technique.
