摘要
目的：探讨跟骨锁定钢板治疗跟骨骨折的特点及经验总结。方法患者80例（88足），获完整随访64例（71足），平均年龄37岁。按改进的Sanders分型方法：Ⅱ型17例，Ⅲ型32例，Ⅳ型39例。结果平均随诊24个月（1-6年），术后切口愈合良好，骨折均骨性愈合，无皮肤感染，无发生螺钉松动及钢板断裂。结论用跟骨锁定钢板治疗跟骨骨折获的圆满疗效，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract
Objective investigate practical value of calcaneal locking plate for fractures of calcaneal.Methods 80 cases of this group of patients(foot 88 cases),av-erage of 37 years,followed up 64 cases( foot 71 cases) .Fracture the modified Sanders classification:type II 17 cases,III 32 cases,IV 39 cases.Results All the patients were followed up 24 months(1 to 6 years).Incisions were healing.Fractures healed completely,and no case of skin flap necrosis and infection and the fracture displace-ment or internal fixation failure .Conclusion Calcaneal locking plate for fractures of calcaneal acquired satisfactory clinical results and it is worthy of clinical application .
