摘要

目的:探讨营养支持对肺结核病的治疗效果。方法笔者所在医院一年期间收治的82例肺结核病住院患者,随机分为营养组(42例)和对照组(40例)。结果相比对照组,采用营养支持治疗后,营养组患者的体质指数、总淋巴细胞计数、血清蛋白、血红蛋白均比治疗前显著增高。结论营养支持治疗效果明显,并配以相应的药物治疗,一定会对肺结核病产生明显的治疗效果。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the nutritional support for TB treatment .Methods The author of the hospital during the year 82 cases of TB were treated hospi-talized patients were randomly divided into nutrition group(42 cases)and control group(40 cases).Results Compared to the control group,the use of nutrition support therapy,nutrition group of patients with body mass index,total lymphocyte count,serum albumin,hemoglobin was significantly higher than before treatment.Conclusion Nutritional support treatment effect is obvious,and with the appropriate medication,certainly TB have a significant therapeutic effect.
