摘要
目的：探讨、分析老年人急性心肌梗死的临床救治，积累经验。方法随机抽取我院自2010年6月---2012年8月收治的老年人急性心肌梗死患者资料共36例进行回顾性分析，所有患者均根据个体临床表现采取个性化的治疗措施进行治疗。结果27例患者经对症治疗后，得到治愈；9例患者死亡。结论老年人发生大面积心肌梗死后，尤其是急性期死亡率较高，需要早发现、早治疗，并注意控制活动量，防止意外发生，降低死亡率。
Abstract
Objective To investigate,analyze elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction treatment,and accumulated experience.Methods Randomly selected hospital from June 2010 August 2012 admitted elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction Total 36 cases were analyzed retrospectively,all patients were taken ac-cording to individual clinical manifestations personalized treatment measures for treatment.Results 27 patients after symptomatic treatment,to be cured;9 patients died. Conclusion The elderly,a large area of myocardial infarction,especially in the acute phase mortality requires early detection ,early treatment,and pay attention to the a-mount of control activities to prevent accidents and reduce mortality .
