摘要
目的：建立一种输血相关突发事件下参与救援医院的临床应急血液需求强度评估方法。方法选择各血型日临床需求量为评估指标，应用直觉模糊集距离公式，建立医院临床应急血液需求强度评估模型。结果所构建模型能够反映输血相关突发事件下各血型需求相对于常规状态的综合增加程度，也能反映不同需求偏型程度对需求的增加效应。结论应用所构建模型得到的评估结果，可为输血相关突发事件下参与救援医院的临床应急输血管理提供参考。
Abstract
Objective In order to provide a reference method for the hospital which takes part in rescue on blood transfusion related emergency ,a demand extent as-sessment model is proposed .Methods With the indicator of clinical demand of each blood type per day ,the distance measure formula of Intuitionistic fuzzy sets is applied to construct a model for the clinical blood demand extent assessment of hospital which takes part in rescue on blood transfusion related emergency .Results With the mod-el,each blood type clinical demand on blood transfusion related emergency can be integrated ,and the enforcing effect to the demand extent which is due to blood type de-mand being unbalanced can also be expressed.Conclusions The assessment result from the model application can be a reference for the hospital which takes part in rescue on blood transfusion related emergency .
