摘要
目的：观察缩宫素联合欣母沛治疗产后出血的临床疗效。方法选取在我院分娩的80例产妇，将她们随机分为两组。观察组40例，给予缩宫素静脉滴注联合欣母沛治疗；对照组40例，仅给予缩宫素肌肉注射治疗。观察两组临床疗效。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜O．05）；观察组的第三产程时间，产后2h、产后24h出血量，产后出血发生率等临床疗效各项指标也均明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜O．05）。结论缩宫素联合欣母沛治疗产后出血的效果显著，值得临床应用推广。
Abstract
Objective Oxytocin joint observation Hemabate treatment of postpartum hemorrhage clinical efficacy .Methods Select a delivery in our hospital 80 cases of maternal and assigns them randomly into two groups.Observation group,40 patients received intravenous infusion of oxytocin joint Hemabate treatment;control group of 40 patients only received intramuscular oxytocin treatment.Clinical efficacy.Results Observation group,the total effective rate was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);observation group's third stage of labor,postpartum 2h,24h postpartum hemorrhage,postpartum hemorrhage rate of the clinical efficacy indicators were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Oxytocin joint Hemabate treatment of post-partum hemorrhage effect is remarkable,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
