摘要
目的：评价唑来膦酸治疗癌症骨转移疼痛的疗效和安全性。方法选择溶骨性骨转移疼痛患者64例，采用唑来膦酸进行治疗，用药4周期后评价疗效。结果疼痛缓解总有效率78．1％；体力状况改善总有效率57．8％；10例治疗后出现骨关节或肌肉疼痛（15．6％），4例出现发热（6．3％）。结论唑来膦酸缓解癌症骨转移疼痛效果良好，安全性高，值得推广采用。
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the zoledronic acid in treatment of metastatic bone cancer efficacy and safety .Methods select the osteolytic bone metastases in 64 patients with pain, treatment with zoledronic acid, medication evaluation of curative effect after the 4 week period.Results pain relief 78.1 per cent of efficient;physical conditions to improve the overall efficiency of 57.8;occur after treatment of 10 cases of Bone and Joint or muscle pain ( 15.6 ), 4 cases of fever ( 6.3 ).Conclusion zoledronic acid ease the pain of bone metastasis of cancer to good effect, high security, good use.
