摘要
目的：观察和分析替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期结肠癌的临床疗效。方法选择我院2011年1月至2012年1月接收治疗的40例晚期结直肠癌患者为研究对象，所有患者均给予药物替吉奥联合奥沙利铂进行治疗，观察患者的治疗效果。结果40例患者的总有效率为47．5％（19/40），其中有2例患者病情得到完全缓解，17例患者为显著缓解，16例患者病情稳定，5例患者为病变进展。结论替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期结肠癌的临床疗效显著，在临床治疗中值得推广应用。
Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze for gonow joint oxaliplatin into the clinical curative effect of treatment of advanced colorectal cancer .Methods From January 2011 to January 2012,receiving treatment of 40 cases of patients with advanced colorectal cancer as the research object,all the patients were given drug treatment for joint oxaliplatin into gonow;observe the therapeutic effect of patients.Results 40 patients of total effective rate was 47.5%(19/40),including 2 cases of patients got complete remission,17 patients is significantly reduced,16 patients in stable condition,5 patients for disease progress.Conclusion For gonow oxaliplatin into the clinical curative effect of treatment of advanced colorectal cancer,this can be popularized in clinical treatment.
