摘要
总结了因腹膜炎住院的腹膜透析患者的院内健康教育，主要包括评估患者，成立健康教育小组，加强健康教育，形式有操作竞赛、专题讲座、经验共享等，并开展教育效果评价。认为经过认真的评估及严格的健康教育，能协助患者找到操作中存在的问题，提高患者的无菌操作观念，加强患者的自我管理，防止腹膜炎的再次发生。
Abstract
The because of peritonitis in peritoneal dialysis patients hospitalized in the hospital health education ,including the assessment of the patient,health ed-ucation group was established,to strengthen health education,form of operation competition,lectures,experience sharing,and the development of education evaluation. That after careful assessment and health education strictly ,can help patients find problems in the operation ,improve the patient's aseptic concept,strengthen self manage-ment in patients with peritonitis,prevent the happening again.
