摘要
压疮的发生存在多种危险因素且彼此相互影响。结合近年来国内外护理工作者对压疮预防和护理的研究，从压疮的概念、发生的原因、评估、分期、预防及护理现状等方面进行论述，认为采取相应的措施，早期干预是预防压疮发生、发展的关键。
Abstract
The decubitus was caused by a various risky factors and these factors interact to each other .In combination with the recent years studies about the pre-vention and care of decubitus in domestic and foreign,we reviewed decubitus based on the conception,etiology,evaluation,staging,prevention,and status of care.We think the key to provent the decubitus is to take the proper measurements and the early therapy .
