摘要
目的：对急性心肌梗死（ AMI）合并完全性左束支传导阻滞（ CLBBB）的心电图进行研究分析，提高心电图诊断的准确性，减少误诊漏诊。方法分别运用Sgarbossa法和总结归纳新近研究所得的方法，对门诊368例首次发现CLBBB并可疑AMI的患者的心电图进行对比分析。结果 Sgarbossa法特异性高而敏感性低；总结归纳新近研究所得方法的特异性高同时敏感性高。结论在临床心电图诊断AMI合并CLBBB时，总结归纳新近研究所得的方法更为准确适用。
Abstract
Objective Acute myocardial infarction(AMI)complicated with complete left bundle branch block(CLBBB)research and analysis of ECG,ECG improve the accuracy of diagnosis,reducing misdiagnosis.Metho ds Sgarbossa law and were summarized using newly obtained Institute method ,first discovered CLBBB outpatients and368 cases of suspicious ECG AMI patients were analyzed.Results Sgarbossa method with high specificity and low sensitivity;Institute was recently summarized the method of high sensitivity and high specificity while.Conclusion ECG diagnosis of AMI in clinical merger CLBBB,the Institute was recently summarized the applicable method is more accurate .
