食管胃高位胸顶吻合加纵膈胸膜减张覆盖在食管癌手术中的应用

摘要
目的：探讨食管胃高位胸顶吻合加纵膈胸膜减张覆盖在食管癌手术中的应用价值。方法59例食管癌患者均实施食管胃高位胸顶吻合术联合纵膈胸膜减张覆盖术，吻合口采用机械吻合，位于胸顶部。结果59例患者均痊愈，无吻合口瘘及幽门痉挛的发生。结论食管胃高位胸顶吻合联合纵膈胸膜减张覆盖术手术创伤较小，术后并发症少，有利于提高食管癌患者的生存质量，值得推广。
Abstract
Objective To study the stomach esophagus high top thoracic anastomosis plus mediastinal pleura zhang covering reduction in value of esophageal cancer surgery.Methods 59 patients with esophageal cancer were implemented top anastomosis thora -cic esophagus stomach high joint of mediastinal pleura to zhang cover loss,anastomotic adopts mechanical anastomosis,is located in the chest at the top.Results 59 cases were recovered without the occurrence of anastomotic fistula and py-loric spasm.Conclusion Esophageal thoracic stomach high top fit joint of mediastinal pleura to zhang cover loss less surgical trauma ,less postoperative complications,and is beneficial to improve the quality of the survival of patients with esophageal cancer,is worth promoting.
