摘要
目的：探讨分析静脉留置针在3．0T磁共振增强检查中的应用效果。方法应用静脉留置针注射对300例患者进行3．0T磁共振增强扫描诊断，记录注射的时间，观察注射的显影效果和是否发生局部渗漏。结果静脉留置针与高压注射器连接进行磁共振增强扫描，图像显影效果清晰，大大缩减了扫描时间，无造影剂渗漏或针头脱出等状况的出现，未发生再次穿刺的现象。结论静脉留置针在3．0T磁共振扫描检查中具有良好的效果。
Abstract
Objective To study the analysis of venous indwelling needle in the application of 3.0 T magnetic resonance enhancement effect.Methods Intravenous indwelling needle was applied to 300 patients with 3.0 T MRI enhancement scanning diagnosis,injection time,and injection enhancement effect and whether local leak-age has occurred.Results Intravenous indwelling needle with high pressure syringe connected MRI enhancement scanning,image enhancement effect is clear,greatly re-duce the scanning time,no leakage of contrast agents or needles out the emergence of conditions,such as has not occurred the phenomenon of puncture again.Conclusion Intravenous indwelling needle in 3.0 T magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)scan has a good effect.
