Objective To investigate the venous indwelling needle in the use process,application method for improvement of puncture in clinical nursing .Method Our department in 2013 October-December the infusion catheter in 400 patients as the experimental group ,the implementation method for the improvement of puncture , stochastic will in our department from 2013 July to September using indwelling needle infusion in 346 cases as the control group,routine puncture method.Comparison of effects of 2 groups.Result The experimental group and the control group,the rate of success in the puncture pain,private prosecution puncture operation is not smoothdue to puncture failure aspects were compared,P<0.05,there issignificant difference.Conclusion In the course of clinical use of indwelling needle puncture,modified to im-prove the success rate of indwelling needle puncture and reduce theperception of pain ,so as to improve the quality of nursing technical operation ,improve the satisfaction of patients,and can be used inclinical practice.
