摘要
目的：探究分析对慢性危重病患者采用营养支持治疗的效果以及对预后产生的影响。方法选取我院2012年12月---2013年12月收治的61例慢性危重病患者作为临床研究对象，对其行营养支持治疗情况进行分析。结果入住一周后，患者的Alb、总热／氮、非氮热／氮与 APACHEⅡ评分为负相关（P＜0．05）。结论对慢性危重病患者采取合理、积极、有效的营养支持治疗，能够提高抢救成功率，提高预后质量。
Abstract
Objective The therapeutic effect of nutritional support on patients with chronic critical illness and the effects on the prognosis of production purpose . Methods In our hospital in 2012 February-2013 year in February 61 cases of chronic ill patients as a clinical study ,the nutritional support treatment was analyzed .Re-sults In a week,patients with Alb,the total heat/nitrogen,on nitrogen heat/nitrogen and APACHE Ⅱ score was negative correlation(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of nutritional support actively,reasonable,effective for patients with chronic critical illness,can improve the success rate,improve the quality of prognosis.
