儿童肺炎采用注射用阿奇霉素治疗的有效性和安全性探析

摘要
目的：探究分析对儿童肺炎患者采用注射用阿奇霉素进行治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年3月---2013年2月收治的92例儿童肺炎患者作为研究对象。结果 A组儿童肺炎患者的临床有效率明显高于B组（P＜0．01）；A组患者的不良反应率与 B组患者对比无统计学差异（P＜0．01）。结论采用注射用阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎患者，具有有效性和安全性。
Abstract
Objective To explore the analysis of children's pneumonia treated by injection of the clinical effect of treatment with azithromycin .92 cases of children patients with pneumonia Methods In our hospital in 2012 March-2013 year in February as the object of study .Results The clinical patients with pneumonia in A group of children with efficiency was higher than that in group B(P<0.01);group A patients with adverse reaction rate compared with B patients without significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion Injection in the treatment of children's pneumonia with azithromycin is effective and safe.
