摘要
目的：探讨血透联合血液灌流治疗急性中毒的临床护理措施及护理效果。方法选取我院收治的80例行血透联合血液灌流治疗的急性中毒患者，随机将其分为观察组和对照组，各40例，对两组患者的清醒时间、住院时间、病死率进行对比。结果观察组患者的清醒时间、住院时间、出院时间均明显短于对照组（P＜0．05），观察患者的病死率明显低于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论在血透联合血液灌流治疗的基础上给予急性中毒患者针对性的综合护理干预可有效的提高治疗成功率，促进患者康复，值得临床推广和应用。
Abstract
Objective To study the hemodialysis union blood perfusion in the treatment of acute poisoning clinical nursing measures and nursing effect .Methods Select our hospital 80 regular hemodialysis union blood perfusion treatment of acute poisoning patients ,randomly divided into observation group and control group ,40 ca-ses,waking hours with two groups of patients were compared,length of hospital stay,mortality.Results The observation group of patients awake time,hospitalization time, discharge time were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05),the mortality of patients is significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of hemodialysis union blood perfusion treatment for patients with acute poisoning of comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the success rate of treatment,promote patients recover,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
