Objective to observe the analysis of the cut line and kuang drainage in the treatment of high complex anal fistula of clinical efficacy .Method choose 64cases patients with research and analysis,and the random divided into treatment group(32 cases)and control group (32 cases),compared two groups of patients with therapeuticeffect.Results compared with two groups of patients with clinical effect,was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion cut line and kuang drainage in thetreatment of high complex anal fistula of clinical effect is remarkable.
