摘要
目的：探讨中西医结合治疗颈椎病的临床疗效，为后期诊疗提供经验。方法随机选取本院2011年7月---2013年6月收治的95例颈椎病门诊患者，其中对照组45例，观察组50例。对照组单纯采用瑞力芬治疗；观察组在对照组基础上实施中医康复理疗，比较两组临床疗效与复发率。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组；随访6个月，观察组复发率明显低于对照组，两组比较差异明显具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论采用中西医结合治疗颈椎病，不仅能提高临床疗效，还能降低复发率，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of cervical spondylosis ,provide experience for the later treatment.Methods Randomly selected in our hospital from 2011 July to 2013 June was 95 outpatients with cervical spondylosis patients,including 45 cases in the control group,the observation group of 50 cases.The control group with simple relafen treatment;the observation group in the control group on the basis of TCM re-habilitation therapy compared two groups of clinical curative effect and the recurrence rate .Results Total effective rate of observation group is obviously higher than the control group;after6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group ,the differences between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment of cervical spondylosis with traditional Chinese and Western medicine,not only can im-prove the clinical efficacy,and can reduce the recurrence rate,worthy of clinical application.
