Analysis and application of B Ultrasound checks prostate hyperplasia in the elderly
Objective To evaluate the diagnosis value B Ultrasound elderlyprostatic hyperplasia in the examination .Methods during 2011 October to 2013October in our hospital were prostate examination in the elderly population,a total of 150 cases,the age of 4885 years old,mean age(55.3 ±11.2)years old.The 60 and the 32 cases,the A group;48 patients61-70 years old,the B group ;30 cases of old patients7180,group C ;40 patients over the age of80,the D group.By Aloka (Aloka)SSD-4000 ultrasonic diagnostic instrument, to examine their prostate hyperplasia disease.Results in A group,the positive rate was 62.5%,B positive rate was 72.9%,C positive rate was 76.6%,D positive rate was 85%,the detection rate of benign prostatic hyperplasia and age groups was positively associated with .Conclusion the elder-ly with B ultrasound has the advantages of simple operation,rapid on prostate checked,the patients were pain free and other advantages,and can be found in prostate symptom as soon as possible,is an effective way to diagnose prostate hyperplasia.
