摘要
目的：分析阴道分娩软产道损伤的原因，探讨合理的防治措施。方法对44例经阴道分娩产妇软产道损伤的原因进行回顾性分析，总结处理方法和预防措施。结果44例阴道分娩软产道损伤的原因主要有宫缩异常、胎位异常、助产不当及其它。结论软产道损伤是产科常见的并发症，因此，既要及时正确的诊断与处理，同时还要不断地提高助产人员的助产技术水平，以最大限度减少软产道损伤的发生率。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the causes of vaginal delivery of soft birth canal injury,to explore the reasonable control measures.Methods the cause-sof44casesofvaginaldelivery of maternal soft birth canal injury were retrospectively analyzed,summarizes thetreatment methods and preventive measures.Results the cau-ses of 44 cases of vaginal delivery of soft birth canal injury mainlyuterineabnormalities,abnormalfetalposition,impropermidwifery and other.Conclusion the soft birth ca-nal injury is a common complication of Obstetrics ,therefore,should be timely and correct diagnosis and treatment ,butalsoconstantlyimprove midwife's midwifery technolo-gy level,in order to minimize the incidence of injuryofsoftbirth canal .
