128层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影检查的护理体会

摘要
目的：探讨128层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影检查的护理方法及如何护理让患者更舒适。方法对我院2013年1月至2013年11月行128层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影检查的60例患者的相关资料进行分析，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各30人，观察组采取细致精心的护理方法，而对照组只是一般的护理方法。结果两组患者最终均造影成功，得到成功的造影图像，而观察组经一次重建图像即可获得3分以上影像的有26人，对照组经一次重建图像即可获得3分以上影像的有17人。结论128层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影对于冠心病的诊断是一种安全可靠的检查方法，细致精心的优质护理方法可有效改善造影的成像质量。
Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing methods of angiography of 128 slice spiral CT coronary artery and how to care for the patients more comfortable .Meth-ods the related data of 60 cases in our hospital from 2013 January to 2013 November.Angiography of 128 slice spiral CT coronary arterywere analyzed,which were ran-domly divided into observation group and control group,each group 30,observation group adopt meticulous and carefulnursing method.Results the observation group by a reconstructed image can be obtained more than 3 images of 26 people,the control group by areconstructed image can be obtained more than 3 images of 17 people.Con-clusion 128 slice spiral CT coronary angiography is a safe and reliablemethod for diagnosis of coronary heart disease diagnosis .
