摘要
目的：观察分析重度妊高症患者行剖宫产术的麻醉方法选择及效果。方法选取我院82例重度妊高症患者将其分为治疗组（41例）和对照组（41例），对比两组患者麻醉效果。结果对比两组患者阻滞显效时间、阻滞效果及低血压发生率，有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；对比两组患者 MAP、不良反应发生率及新生儿阿普加评分没有明显差异性，无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论腰-硬联合在重度妊高症患者行剖宫产临床上麻醉效果显著。
Abstract
Objective to observe the analysis of patients with severe RenGaoZheng the anesthesia methods and the effect of cesarean section .Methods selected 82 patients with severe RenGaoZheng it can be divided into the treatment group(41 cases)and control group(41 cases),compared two groups of patients with anesthesia effects.Results compared to two groups of patients with anesthesia time had marked effect,block effect and the incidence of hypotension,was statistically significant(P<0.05);MAP compared two groups of patients,the incidence of adverse reactions and neonatal apgar score there was no significant difference,and there is no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion waist-hard joint line of cesarean section in patients with severe RenGaoZheng clinical anesthesia effect is remarkable.
