Application and clinical significance of ozone combined laparoscopy in pelvic inflammatory disease
Objective To probe the clinical significance and its prospect by detected the changes of parameters in the ozone combined laparoscopy in pelvic inflam-matory disease.Methods 30 samples of control group are from the laparoscopic exploration and saline irrigation.The other 30 samples of experimental group are from the laparoscopic exploration and ozone water washing.After the operation,we use the antibiotics to prevent infection and change the corresponding antibiotics according to drug sensitive,We compare the temperature;routine blood test;C-reactive protein;days of rational symptom and signs return to normal,days of using antibiotics after op-eration and relapse rate.Results The temperature;routine blood test;C-reactive protein;days of using antibiotics after operation and relapse rate of experimental group decreased obviously compared with that of control group.And the difference is statistically significant(p<0.05).While the difference of the days of rational symptom and signs return to normal is of no statistical significance in comparison with the control group (p>0.05).Conclusion It is effective that Ozone combined with laparoscopy in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.We can reduce the application of antibiotics and the relapse rate after the operation.It has the trait of economy,green and en-vironmental protection.
