摘要
目的：总结宫腔镜联合介入下疤痕妊娠病灶的清除效果。方法回顾性研究2011年1月---2013年10月期间我院收治的30例剖宫产疤痕妊娠患者为研究对象，给予子宫动脉介入栓塞后结合宫腔镜下清宫术治疗，观察治疗效果。结果宫腔镜下清宫术后28例完全治愈，术中出血10-50ml，平均（32．1±3．2）ml，术后血HCG恢复正常水平，治愈率为93．33％，2例术后检查疤痕处有些许组织残留，给处理后治愈。结论宫腔镜介入下疤痕妊娠病灶清除效果较好，值得推广使用。
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of hysteroscope and interventional therapy in Scarpregnancy.Method Retrospective analyse the clinical informationcol-lected of 30 patients of Scarpregnancy in our hospital from January 2011 to October 2013 as research objects,and observed the effects of interventional therapy and in-duced abortion in hysteroscope.Results There were 28 cases of patients were complete healing,the intraoperative blood loss was 10-15ml,average(32.1 ±3.2)ml,and the level of blood HCG is normal,the recovery rate was 93.33%.And there were 2 cases of patients with tissue residues at the scar,but healed at last.Conclusion Hyste-roscope and interventional therapy has a good effect on Scarpregnancy and is reserved to be applied.
