The value of ω-3 fish oil lipid Emulsion in Patients after Surgical Pperation of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic cancer
Objective To investigate the clinic value of ω-3 fish oil lipid emulsion in patients after surgical operation of hepatobiliary and pancreatic cancer . Methods 52 patients of post-operative hepatobiliary and pancreatic cancer were randomly divided in to control group and study group .Two groups were treated with iso-caloric,isonitrogenic parenteral nutrition and the study group was added ω-3 fish oil lipid emulsion.Comparison of Serum total protein(TP),Serum albumin(ALB), Prealbumin(PA),Total bilirubin(TBIL),Alanine aminotransferase(ALT),Aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alkaline phosphates(ALP),C -reactive protein(CRP) and the rate of infection complications was made between the two groups. Results The level of TBIL,ALT,AST,ALP,CRP were improved significantly(P<0.05)with reduced infection complication in the study group .Conclusion ω-3 fish oil lipid emulsion is conductive to the recovery of post -operative hepatobiliary and pancreatic cancer patients in liver function and inflammation status .
