关节镜术后关节腔内注入利多卡因镇痛的临床观察

摘要
目的：观察利多卡因关节内注射用于关节镜手术后的镇痛效果。方法选择硬膜外-腰麻联合麻醉下行单侧关节镜手术的患者70例，随机分为两组（ A组和B组），每组35例。 A 组关节镜手术后关节腔内注射利多卡因；B 组关节镜手术后关节内注射等量生理盐水。术后行视觉模拟评分（ VAS），观察两组患者的镇痛效果。结果术后1-8 h关节腔内注射利多卡因组（ A组）的VAS评分均显著低于生理盐水组（ B组）差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05），但12h之后差异无统计学意义。两组患者术后均未见明显不良反应。结论利多卡因关节内注射可有效缓解关节镜手术后的疼痛。
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the analgesic effect of intra-articular injection with lidocaine after arthroscopy .Method Seventy patients receiving selective ar-throscopy under spinal combined with epidural anesthesia were randomized into two groups of 35 patients.The patients in group A were received intra-articular lidocaine injection after the operation;in group B received intra-articular equal normal saline injection.The visual-analog scale(VAS)of two groups was recorded.Result VAS in group A was significantly lower than that in group B during 1-12 hours after the operation(P<0.05);And there difference was no signi? cant after 12 hours of the operation(P>0.05).Conclusion Lidocaine intra-articular injection after arthroscopy can relieve the pain effectively.
