摘要
目的：总结饮食干预等诸方面对预防大肠癌的重要以及相关的护理。方法通过初“筛”出为高危人群的患者，要定期做“查”这一步。结果接受肠镜检查的人群中，发现息肉的比例很高，80％的腺瘤性息肉为癌前病变，其中5例息肉的顶部发现癌细胞，2例为类癌。结论针对不同人群，给予各方面的指导与护理，对大肠癌的预防保健相得益彰。
Abstract
Objective To summarize the diet intervention and other aspects the prevention of colorectal cancer and related nursing .Methods Through the initial ”screen”for high-risk patients,followed regular”check”this step.Results Underwent colonoscopy polyps crowd,found that a high proportion of 80%,adenomatous polyps as precancerous lesion,5 cases of polyps of the top cancer found,2 cases of characinoid.Conclusion According to different groups is give guidance and the nursing,on colorectal cancer preventive health complement each other.
