锁定加压钢板内固定髂骨植骨治疗老年股骨骨折

摘要
目的：探讨锁定加压钢板（ locking compression plate，LCP）加髂骨植骨治疗老年股骨骨折的疗效。方法研究分析2011年4月至2013年4月采用切开复位，锁定加压钢板内固定和髂骨植骨治疗老年股骨骨折的40例患者的术后结果及预后情况。结果①锁定加压钢板内固定有利于骨折愈合；②自体髂骨移植髂骨有利于骨折愈合和修复；③预后：术后无并发症出现，膝关节活动度良好率为0．875。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the locking compression plate(locking compression plate,LCP)plus bone grafting treatment of femoral fractures.Methods A-nalysis from April 2011 to April 2013 with open reduction,locking compression plate fixation and bone grafting treatment of postoperative outcome and prognosis of 40 ca-ses of femoral fractures in elderly patients.Result ①a locking compression plate fixation in favor of fracture healing;② autogenous iliac bone graft in favor of fracture healing and repair;③Prognosis:There were no complications arise,a good rate of 0.875 degrees knee.
