摘要
目的：探究护理干预对慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的治疗效果。方法选择2012年9月至2013年9月在我院接受治疗的慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变患者80例，分为对照组和观察组，每组患者为40例，对照组实行常规护理，观察组在此基础上实行护理干预，对比两组的护理结果。结果治疗后，观察组有效率为95．0％，对照组有效率为65．0％，观察组明显优于对照组，P＜0．05，差异显著。结论实行护理干预后，患者心理状态保持良好，在饮食方面合理调节，治疗的依从性较高，患者的康复情况比较明显，值得临床推广。
Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing intervention on chronic atrophic gastritis of precancerous lesions treatment .Methods chronic atrophic gastritis of pre-cancerous lesions from September 2012 to September 2013 in our hospital treated 80 cases were divided into control group and observation group ,each patient was 40 pa-tients in the control group to implement routine care ,observation group practice nursing intervention on this basis ,comparing the two groups of care results .Results After treatment,the effective rate was 95.0% in the observation group,the control group was 65.0% in the observation group than the control group,P <0.05,significant difference.Conclusion After the implementation of nursing interventions,the psychological state of the patient to maintain a good,reasonable adjustment in the diet,high adherence to treatment,rehabilitation,the patient's obvious,worthy of promotion.
