摘要
目的：分析围手术期护理方法在普外科疾病合并糖尿病患者中的临床应用。方法对我院2010年1月---2011年12月所收治的40例实施围手术期护理的普外科疾病合并糖尿病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结论40例普外科疾病患者经过治疗均痊愈出院，但在40例患者中出现1例肺部感染，1例切口感染，2例切口积液开裂，经过对症治疗后均恢复，无任何严重并发症出现。讨论：在普外科疾病合并糖尿病患者的手术前后给予精心、细致围手术期护理，能够使手术更成功，治疗效果更好。
Abstract
Objective Analysis of peri operation period nursing for general surgical patients complicated with diabetes in the clinical application .Methods In our hospital in January 2010-December 2011 treated 40 cases of the implementation of operation period nursing for general surgical patients complicated with diabetes melli-tus were retrospectively reviewed the clinical data analysis.Conclusion 40cases of general surgery patients after treatment were cured,but in 40 cases arise in patients with pulmonary infection in 1 cases,1cases with incision infection,2cases of wound fluid cracking,after symptomatic treatment were recovered,without any serious com-plications.Discussion:In general surgical patients complicated with diabetes before and after operation to meticulously ,careful peri operation period nursing,can make the operation more successful,better treatment effect.
