摘要
目的：总结晚期血吸虫病腹水患者的护理经验。方法在对113例晚血腹水型患者的护理过程中，通过严密观察患者的病情变化，对患者实施心理护理、饮食护理、常规护理、对症治疗及护理和健康宣教，有效地配合了临床治疗。结果晚血腹水型113例通过对症、抗病原治疗及精心细致的护理，患者均病情好转出院。结论可有效提高患者生存率、减少并发症发生。
Abstract
Objective To summarize the nursing experience of patients with advanced schistosomiasis ascites .Methods In 113 cases of late blood ascites patients in the nursing process,through the close observation of the patient's condition changes,the patients'psychological nursing,diet nursing care,routine care,symptomatic treat-ment and nursing care and health education,the effective coordination of the clinical treatment.Results The late blood ascites type in 113 cases with symptomatic,anti treatment and careful nursing,the patients were better discharge.Conclusion It can effectively increase the survival rate of the patients,reduce the incidence of complica-tions.
