磷霉素氨丁三醇治疗神经外科常见呼吸道及尿路感染的临床观察

摘要
目的：评价磷霉素氨丁三醇治疗神经外科常见呼吸道及尿路感染的临床疗效。方法选取63例出现呼吸道感染和尿路感染的神经外科患者，予以磷霉素氨丁三醇散3 g／次，1次／d ，口服或鼻饲，疗程为5天。观察患者的临床有效率、细菌清除率、药物敏感性及不良反应发生率，评价其疗效。结果63例患者的临床总有效率为80．95％，单发呼吸道感染和单发尿路感染者的有效率为90．48％、90．91％，且后者的有效率较合并感染者更高（ P ＜0．05）。磷霉素氨丁三醇对细菌的总清除率为92．59％，致病菌对磷霉素氨丁三醇的敏感率为90．74％，不良反应发生率小于5％。结论磷霉素氨丁三醇治疗神经外科常见的呼吸道及尿路感染，安全有效，抗菌活性高，值得临床推广。
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of fosfomycin trometamol used in treating respiratory tract infections and urinary tract infections in neurosurgery.Methods 63 patients with respiratory tract infections and(or)patients with urinary tract infections were included in the present study.All the patients took fosfomycin trometamol powder at doses of 3 grams one time daily in the form of oral or nasal sprays for 5 days.The clinical efficacy rate,bacterial eradication rate,drug sensitivity and the rate of adverse reactions ware observed.Results The total clinical efficacy rate was 80.95%.The clinical efficacy rate for respiratory tract infections only was 90.48% and for urinary tract infections only was 90.91%.There were significant differences in clinical efficacy rate between urinary tract infections only and concurrent infections(P<0.05).The bacterial eradication rate of fosfomycin trometamol was 92.59% and the drug susceptibility rate was 90.74%.The rate of adverse reactions was less than 5%.Conclusion Fosfomycin trometamol used in treating respiratory tract infections and urinary tract infections in neurosurgery is safe and effec-tive and has high level of antibacterial activity .Fosfomycin trometamol is worthy of clinical application .
