摘要
目的:探讨牛磺酸联合依达拉奉对脑挫伤大鼠的保护机制。方法将Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、脑挫伤模型组、牛磺酸治疗组、依达拉奉治疗组以及牛磺酸联合依达拉奉治疗组,评价指标包括细胞内Ca2+浓度、脑匀浆中SOD以及GSH-Px活性与丙二醛( MDA)含量以及NO含量。结果:与模型组以及单纯治疗组相比,联合治疗组能显著降低脑组织NO 含量、脑皮层胞内Ca2+、MDA 的含量(P <0.05),并且显著增高皮层SOD 以及GSH -Px 的活性(P <0.05)。结论牛磺酸联合依达拉奉协同治疗能对模型动物脑挫伤起到更加有效的保护作用。
Abstract
Objective To study the protective effects of taurine combined with edaravone on rats with brain contusion .Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups,including control group,brain contusion model group,edaravone group,taurine group and edaravone combined with taurine group respectively.In the end of the study,the content of intracellular calcium,the activity of SOD and GSH -Px and content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in the cortex of contusion side and NO content in the brain were detected.Results Compared with model group and the other single treated groups,the combined treatment group significantly reduced the contents of NO,intracellular calcium,MDA in the cortex of contusion side,and increased the SOD activity(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of taurine combined with edaravone can protect effectively the brain contusion.
