摘要
目的:优选白芍的最佳水提工艺。方法以出膏率、芍药苷提取率和芍药苷含量为指标,采用加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数和煎煮温度四因素、三水平L9(34)正交试验法,优选白芍的最佳水提工艺。结果白芍的最佳水提工艺为:50℃浸泡30分钟,煎煮两次,每次6倍量水,每次1.5小时。结论确定的白芍水提工艺使芍药苷和芍药苷的转移率分别达到6.98mg/g和87.57%以上,说明确定的白芍的水提工艺稳定可行。
Abstract
Objective To choose the optimum water extraction procese of peony.Method To extract rate,extraction rate of paeoniflorin and paeoniflorin content as the index,the amount of water,extracting time,times of boiling and decocting temperature four factors,hree level L9(34)orthogonal test,the optimum water extraction process optimization of Radix Paeoniae alba.Results The optimum water extraction process of Radix Paeoniae Alba:50℃for 30 minutes,extracting two times,each time 6 times the volume of water,1.5 hours each time.Conclusion Identify root water extraction technology of the paeoniflorin and paeoniflorin transfer rate is achieved respec-tively 6.98 mg/g and 87.57% above,that determine the peony water extraction process is stable and feasible.
