枇杷清肺饮加减治疗寻常型痤疮35例临床观察

摘要
目的：观察枇杷清肺饮加减治疗寻常型痤疮的临床疗效。方法将70寻常型痤疮患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各35例，治疗组予枇杷清肺饮加减治疗，对照组采用予口服维胺脂胶囊，两组同时外用1％克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶。结果治疗组与对照组疗效比较，治疗组总有效率为85．7％，对照组总有效率82．9％，经χ2检，P＞0．05，两组临床疗效无统计学意义。结论枇杷清肺饮加减可明显改善寻常型痤疮（肺经风热证）症状，临床疗效与口服维胺脂胶囊疗效相当，且副作用小、依从性好。
Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of modified Pipa Qingfei Decoction .Methods 70 patients with acne vulgaris were randomized to experi-mental group and control group.The control group(35 cases)was treated with viaminate capsules.The experimental group(35 cases)was treated with modified Pipa Qing-fei Decoction.Both group externally used 1% clindamycin phosphate gel.Results After treatment,the total effective rates in the experimental group and control group were 85.7% and 82.9% respectively.There was no significant difference between two groups.Conclusion Modified Pipa Qingfei Decoction was an effective and safe method for treating acne vulgaris.
