应用荧光定量PCR检测肺炎支原体核酸

摘要
目的:采用荧光定量PCR检测成人社区获得性肺炎患者肺炎支原体核酸以明确其意义。方法对50例社区获得性肺炎患者痰和咽拭及27例无呼吸道感染健康人痰进行荧光定量PCR检测肺炎支原体DNA。结果健康人27例中8例PCR阳性,CAP患者中45例留痰标本,其中27例做PCR,全部阳性,咽拭49例,36例阳性。以健康人痰中 DNA含量高值为感染阈值,最后确定感染比例50%。结论健康人中上呼吸道存在肺炎支原体 DNA,而荧光定量PCR可以作为肺炎支原体检测方法且检测时间短。
Abstract
Objective To know the value of flurescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction ( FQ-PCR) that detect the Mac plasma pneumonia of the patient who are the community acquired pneumonia .Method A total of 50 patients with community -acquired pneumonia and the healthy control group 27 persons whose respiratory secretion will be check by flurescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR).Result Eight of 27 persons in the group is positive.There are 45 persons who generate sputums,27do the flurescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction,and all are plosive.The swab are 49,and 36 are plosive.It is the standard that make sure which is affected by the MP.The threshold is the top of the health people respiratory secretion quality of the MP DNA.The rate of infection is 50%.Conclusion There are MP DNA in the upper respiratory tract of the health people .The flurescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction ( FQ-PCR) is a fast and valuable mean to test the DNA of MP.
