摘要
目的：探讨HRCT在慢性肥厚性鼻炎术式选择中的应用价值。方法根据副鼻窦轴位及冠状位 HRCT 下鼻甲的病变范围将62例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者分为3组，采用相应的手术方式治疗并观察疗效。结果术后全部患者随访6个月，治愈52例（83．9％），有效9例（14．5％），无效1例（1．6％），总有效率98．4％，无并发症发生。结论 HRCT在慢性肥厚性鼻炎术式选择中具有重要价值。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of HRCT in the choice of surgical method of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis .Method To divide the 62 chronic hyper-trophic rhinitis patients into 3 groups according to the extent of inferior turbinate damage reflecting by the Paranasal sinuses axial and coronal HRCT and choice appropri-ate surgical method and evaluate therapeutic effect.Result All of the 62 patients were followed up for 6 months,52 cases(83.9%)was healed,9 cases(14.5%)was ef-fective,1 case(1.6%)was ineffective,total effective rate was 98.4%,and complications wasn’t occurred.Conclusion HRCT has important value in the choice of surgi-cal method of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.
