复方肾炎胶囊的质量控制探讨

摘要
目的：建立高效液相色谱法进行质量控制。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法，柱，以甲醇-水（80：20）为流动相，流速。结果丹参酮ⅡΑ在0．0258-0．2322μg· mL -1范围内呈良好线性，r＝1．00000，方法平均回收率为95．65％，RSD为0．34％。结论方法简便，准确，重复性好，适用于复方肾炎胶囊的质量控制。为0．8mL· min -1，检测波长270nm。
Abstract
Objective Establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for quality control.Methods The C18 column with methanol-water(80:20)as the mobile phase was used.The flowrate was 0.8 mL· min -1 and the detection wavelength was 270 nm.Results The linear range of calibration curve was0.0258-0.2322μg· mL -1 for tanshinoneⅡΑ,r =1.00000).The average recovery was 95.65% and the RSD was 0.34%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and repeatable.It can be used for the quality control of Compound nephritis capsule.
