摘要
目的:对黑龙江省2010---2013年保健食品的微生物检测结果进行分析,为加强保健食品的监督管理提供数据支持。方法采用国家标准检验方法和卫生标准进行保健食品的微生物检测,将黑龙江省近四年来保健食品微生物检测数据进行分析评价。结果四年共检测444份保健食品,合格数为401份,合格率为90.3%,经统计学分析,各年度间合格率有统计学差异;不同功效的保健食品合格率有统计学差异;不同剂型的保健食品合格率无统计学差异;菌落总数、大肠菌群、致病菌、霉菌和酵母菌四个指标中菌落总数合格率最低。结论通过近几年对保健食品的监管,保健食品的食品卫生微生物污染情况有了明显的改善,但仍需要加强对生产企业和销售环节进行有效管理。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the results of microbiological tests of health foods in Hei Longjiang Province during 2010---2013 which provides data support for the supervision of health foods.Methods Adopt methods specified in the national and hygienic standards to perform the microbiological tests and then analyze the data obtained during recent 4 years in Hei Longjiang Province.Results 444 health foods have been tested during the recent 4 years,of which 401 are qualified and the qualifi-cation rate is 90.3%.Statistical analysis shows that there is significant difference of qualification rates between each year;that qualification rates of health foods with dif-ferent efficacy differ significantly;that qualification rates of health foods with different formulations differ insignificantly;that among the tests of aerobic plate count,coli-form bacteria,pathogenic bacteria and enumeration of molds and yeasts,qualification rate of aerobic plate count is the lowest.Conclusion The hygienic condition of health food have largely improved during recent years due to the effective supervision by the authority ,however,it is still necessary to strengthen regulation of manufacturing and sales of health foods.
