摘要
目的:探讨UF-100尿液有形成分分析仪酵母菌参数的准确性及其影响因素。方法对1160份尿液标本同时用UF-100尿液有形成分分析仪和离心镜检法进行酵母菌检测。结果 UF-100尿液有形成分分析仪对酵母菌检测的准确率为94.5%,阳性预测值为29.6%,结晶、红细胞、细菌、精子细胞等可造成酵母菌假阳性,高浓度的红细胞也可使酵母菌出现假阴性。结论 UF-100尿液有形成分分析仪检测酵母菌结果不能作为确定性报告,应通过镜检复审,以免发生误报。
Abstract
Objective To explore the accuracy and influencing factors of yeast determined by UF -100 automated urinalysis analyzer.Methods Urine specimens from 1160 patients were examined for yeast with UF -100 automated urinalysis analyzer and microscopic examination .Results The data obtained showed that the accura-cy of UF-100 automated urinalysis analyzer in yeast was 94.5%,positive predictive value was 29.6%;crystal,erythrocyte,bacteria and sperm could affect the accuracy of determination.Conclusion There are more false positive and low positive predictive value in yeast determined by UF -100 automated urinalysis analyzer,the combina-tion of microscopic examination of urine sediment can increase the accuracy of detection in yeast .
