Objective To summarize and analyze continuous blood purification therapy ( CRRT) on the clinical features and treatment of various types of severe dis-ease,the accumulation of technical experience to make CRRT can get a more reasonable value ,thereby increasing the rate of critical illness treatment .Method Of ran-domly selected hospital from June 2011---2013 in November to accept continuous blood purification therapy in critically ill patients with a total 55 cases,classified ac-cording to etiology,and were analyzed before and after the treatment of various diseases CRRT consciousness,kidney function,electrolytes and vital signs changes and clinical characteristics were analyzed retrospectively.Results After continuous blood purification treatment,55 cases of critically ill patients,49 cases turned the corner;the survival rate was 85.45%.Conclusion The implementation of critically ill patients with continuous blood purification therapy as a powerful means of extracorporeal life support system and increasingly sophisticated clinical measures can be used as an effective means for the clinical treatment of critically ill patients .
