葆宫止血颗粒联合肾上腺色腙片预防放置宫内节育器后子宫异常出血效果观察

摘要
目的：观察葆宫止血颗粒联合肾上腺色腙片预防放置宫内节育器术后子宫异常出血的临床效果。方法选择2012年8月1日至2013年8月1日在我站放置IUD的妇女，随机分成观察组和对照组，在放置IUD后对照组无任何药物给予，观察组给予葆宫止血颗粒和肾上腺色腙片。结果观察组有效率96．7％，对照组有效率77．7％，两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论葆宫止血颗粒联合肾上腺色腙片可用于预防放置IUD术后子宫异常出血，有利于提高IUD的续用率。
Abstract
Objective To observe the curative efficacy of Compound Baogongzhixue keli with CARBAZOCHROMETABLETS for Prevention of abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods Choose to August 1,2012 to August 1,2013 women across the I placed an IUD,Randomly divided into observation group and control group,Without any drugs were treated after placing IUD,Observation group was given and adrenal lubricious hydrazone remains palace zhixue granules .Results Observation group effec-tiveness 96.7%,the control effectiveness 77.7%,two groups have significant difference compared.Conclusion Compound Baogongzhixue kel with CARBAZOCHRO-METABLETS can be used to prevent an IUD placement postoperative vaginal bleeding,to improve the continuation of an IUD usage.
