摘要
目的：随着我国经济、文化、教育不断发展，农村小型私立托幼机构应运而生，由于缺乏规范管理，存在多方面食品卫生问题，突发事件时有发生[1]。本次调查的目的是查清一起甲型病毒性肝炎（以下简称甲肝）爆发的原因，为制定甲肝防控方案提供依据。方法①个案调查；②现况调查；③队列对照调查；④检验。结果刘店村幼儿园10名甲肝患儿发病时间相距41天，未超过1．5倍甲肝的平均潜伏期，园内不供应统一食物；园内唯一水源为自备水井，深30米，距离旱坑厕所25米，水井周围垃圾人粪便，自备井水大肠杆菌＞1600MLU/ML。儿童甲肝疫苗接种率仅41．06％。结论刘店村幼儿园厕所和外环境粪便污染自备井水，导致10名儿童甲肝爆发，采取有效措施后爆发终止。
Abstract
Objective Along with our country economy,culture,education and development,emerge as the times require small rural private kindergartens,due to the lack of standardized management,food hygiene problem exists in many aspects,emergencies.The purpose of this investigation is to find out with hepatitis A virus(herein-after referred to as the reasons for the outbreak of hepatitis A ) ,provide the basis for the development of hepatitis prevention and control program .Mte hod ①Case study;②Survey;③The control survey cohort;④Test .Result Liu Dian Cun 10 preschool children with hepatitis A incidence time from 41 days,the average incubation period of not more than 1.5 times of hepatitis A,it does not supply unified food;the only source for self supply wells,deep 30 meters,25 meters from the dry pit toilets,wells a-round the garbage human feces,owned water>1600MLU/ML in Escherichia coli.Only 41.06% of children vaccination rate.Conclusion Liu Dian Cun kindergarten toi-let and outside environment pollution of excrement owned water ,resulting in 10 children with hepatitis A outbreak ,take effective measures after the outbreak of the termi-nation.
