摘要
目的：观察对冠心病合并慢性充血性心力衰竭患者服用曲美他嗪后的临床疗效。方法选择我院2011年2月---2013年2月收治的冠心病合并慢性充血性心力衰竭患者共94例，将其随机分为两组，每组45例，对照组采用常规抗心力衰竭治疗，实验组在常规治疗基础上每天服用3次予曲美他嗪20mg。比较两组的总有效率以及左心室功能分级、室收缩末容积指数（LVESVI）、左室舒张末容积指数（LVEDVI）和左室射血分数（IVEF）。结果对照组总有效率72．3％，实验组总有效率91．5％。两组总有效率间的差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。治疗组的 LVESVI、LVEDVI、IVEF较对照组均得到显著改善（P＜0．05）。结论使用曲美他嗪可显著改善冠心病合并慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的心功能，具有明显的临床疗效，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of trimetazidine therapying Coronary heart disease(CHD)with chronic congestive heart failure.Method We choose 94 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and chronic congestive heart failure between February in 2011 and February in 2013 then divided them into two groups. We treat control group(45 patients)with conventional therapy,and experimental group(45 patients)with conventional therapy and Trimetazidine 20mg(3 times/d).we compared the difference of total effective rate,LVESVI,LVEDVI and IVEF.Result The total effective rates of control group and experimental group are 72.3% and 91. 5%,which have remarkable difference between them(P<0.05).There have remarkable difference on LVESVI,LVEDVI and IVEF(P<0.05).Conclusion Trimetazi-dine may improve remarkably coronary heart disease(CHD)with chronic congestive heart failure,which deserves to use it into clinical treatment.
