Quality care for Patients with acute Myocardial Infarction in Emergency Applications
Objective To investigate the value of high -quality emergency care for acute myocardial infarction patients .Methods 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.Implementation of quality care of patients in the observation group,the control group received routine care,the average length of stay comparative analysis of the two groups of patients,nursing satisfaction and clinical efficacy.Results The av-erage length of stay of patients was significantly shorter than the control group,and significantly higher satisfaction with care,were statistically significant;observation group total effective rate was 97.5%(39 cases),the total efficiency of the control group 85%(34 cases),the difference was significant,with statistical significance.Con-clusion The advantages for patients with acute myocardial infarction care can significantly shorten hospital stay of patients and improve nursing satisfaction and overall ef-ficiency of the treatment will help to improve the prognosis of patients .
